So much rain the last few weeks. I hope to mow the front yard later today. With the sun out it should be ok. I need to make a run to the recycling center this weekend with some limbs that came down in the storm earlier this week too. It’s just too wet to continue weeding the flower beds in the front yard. Hopefully it will dry out because I need the finish planting my not so small plants (zinnias, marigolds, and blue disc African daisies) I started from seed over a month ago. They need to be set out. I’ll scatter more flower seeds as I finish weeding.
I’ve decided on further design for the backyard for areas between the raised beds. I have lots of new plants to put in and I need to finish removing the grass first then putting down straw. Raised beds have been planted with more fill in with a few seeds. Tomato plants will go in front yard where they’ll get more sun.
